Demonous is a vile and horrific west coast ipa brewed with a light base of pilsner malt, then hopped at heinous levels with Amarillo, simcoe, and riwaka. Post fermentation, we dumped in absolutely destructive amounts of more simcoe and amarillo + Citra and mosaic. The resultant beer is a malevolent mix of pithy tropical fruit with a balanced dankness and some nice bitterness to boot. Simply an evil beer, friends.
